First training outing of 2015.....

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and Happy New Year!! We all enjoyed the break here and it was nice to have a few extra days off work to get the horses ridden in the daylight :)

 We had our first outing of 2015 last weekend and I had fantastic lesson with Milli at David Pearson-Smiths. It was very nice to be riding in his inside school, especially as it was chucking it down and blowing a gale outside!! Milli thought that the black haylage wrappers 'flapping' in the wind were Milli eating monsters but she did manage to control herself slightly and jumped brilliantly!!

We are off out this weekend to the British Showjumping show at Blue Barn providing the weather isn't too bad! Because I am currently without transport due to selling my truck and trailer I am having to tag along and get lifts with mum and the girls, so I feel it could be a long day as Charlotte is taking 'big' Milli to jump the earlier classes and i'm hoping to jump the last two bigger classes on Milli......it's a good job they have nice food and make lush hot chocolates in the cafe there :)
